What is your return policy?

If you need to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, just ship back to us in brand new condition within 30 days of your purchase. We’ll get you a refund. Just shoot us an email at info@whippingpost.com

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! Pretty much everywhere. Please note that on USPS First Class packages that tracking is only available until the item reaches the US border.

Can you expedite shipping?

Quite possibly, shoot us a note and if we have it in stock we’ll do our best.

Did you almost make it big in the music business before you started W+P?

The highlight of my music career was finishing second to last place in my college’s homecoming battle of the bands.

Will my guitar fit in your bags?

Probably, the outside dimensions on bags are 42.5" x 17" x 5.5". That being said if you play a dreadnought, cutaway, classical, etc. it should fit just fine.

Are you going to make other stuff?

Of course. Always working on new stuff.
